Two nights deposit is due upon booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For winter holiday period stays, final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Amenities:
Rates at Jackson Hole Racquet Club condominiums, Crystal Springs Lodge, and Teton Pines townhomes include complimentary memberships to the Teton Sports Club. Most guests staying in Teton Village condominiums have complimentary access to the Sundance Swim and Tennis Club. Some vacation homes have complimentary memberships to the Teton Sports Club. Due to extreme weather conditions in Wyoming, sometimes availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed. Should your accomodation have a private hot tub, if conditions present operational issues, we will only be able to compensate up to $50 per night for the nights it is not available.

Contact us for more detail, 800-443-8613. Our properties are not suited to host events. We will not be ale to accommodate weddings, rehearsal dinners, tents or other functions at our properties. We would be happy to recommend some excellent locations for this purpose. Please contact us for complete details.
Cancellation Policy:
